Who we are

Redrock Digital is a trading name of RG Media Group. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions about it, email reach@redrockdigital.uk or call 07852 540375.

What we collect

Details you give us through our forms, by email or by phone: your name, company, email address, phone number, website, sector, annual turnover and anything you tell us about your business.
Answers you give in the marketing health check. These are scored in your browser and are not sent to us unless you contact us.
Technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view. Some of this is collected through cookies, explained in our cookie policy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a free audit or proposal, and arrange calls.
To deliver services if you become a client, including reporting and invoicing.
To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
To measure and improve our own advertising, where you have agreed to the relevant cookies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.

Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and run our business, on contract when we deliver services to you, on consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on legal obligation for accounting and tax records.

Who we share it with

We use trusted suppliers to run the website and our business, and they only process your data on our instructions. These include Webflow (website hosting), Jotform (our enquiry forms), Google (email, analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising, only with your consent). Some of these suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email reach@redrockdigital.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
